Once your pitch deck is uploaded, Pitchr transforms each page into an editable slide. From there, you can shape your story exactly how you want your audience to experience it.
🔄 Reordering Slides
You can drag and drop any slide to change its order.
Go to the Slides preview carousel on the page
Click and drag a slide left or right
Your changes are saved automatically
📌 Tip: Put your strongest slides first — attention drops fast.
➕ Adding Slides You Missed
Forgot a slide? No problem.
You can add new slides even after your initial upload:
Go to your deck’s editor view
Hover over the gap between any slide in the carousel view
Click the plus (+) button
Select “Add Slide” to insert or replace
Choose the specific page from a PDF file
💡 Tip: You can also replace the image on any existing slide using the three dot menu — helpful for fixing typos or updating visuals without re-uploading your entire deck.
✏️ Editing Slide Titles and Content
Each slide automatically pulls in a title from your PDF, but you can change it any time.
Click on the slide title to edit
Keep titles short and punchy (max 20 characters)
You can also hide or delete slides if they’re no longer needed
🎙️ Writing and Editing Voice Scripts
Your voice script is what the viewer hears when they land on a slide.
You have two options:
1. Write it yourself
Keep it natural and conversational
Aim for 15–30 seconds per slide
2. Use “Write with AI”
Let Pitchr suggest a starting script based on your content
Edit and personalize it before publishing
Click Listen to hear how it sounds
⚠️ Make sure your script flows well when spoken aloud — not just when read silently.
🔊 Previewing Slides & Listening to Your Pitch
Click the Listen button below each script to preview how the voiceover will sound.
You can tweak tone, timing, and clarity before publishing — it’s fast and reversible.
✅ Saving Your Work
Changes are saved in real time, and you can return to edit at any point — even after publishing (live decks will reflect updates instantly).
Pitchr gives you full control over your story, tone, and timing — whether you're doing it manually or using AI to help move fast.
