Need to fix a typo, swap a slide, or tweak your voiceover? No problem. Pitchr lets you update your pitch even after it’s published — with no downtime or broken links.

✅ What You Can Edit Anytime

Live pitches are fully editable. You can:

  • Reorder, hide, or delete slides

  • Update voiceover scripts

  • Add or replace videos and links

  • Rewrite your blurb or summary

  • Change your pitch title or sector tags

  • Replace slide images via the slide menu ()

  • Adjust incentives or funding

Changes are saved in real-time and instantly reflected for new viewers.

⚠️ Tip: If someone is currently viewing your pitch, they’ll stay on the old version until they refresh.

❌ What You Can’t Edit on a Live Pitch

To keep things stable, a few things are locked once your pitch is live:

  • You can’t delete the entire pitch (but you can set it Offline)

  • You can’t undo previous incentive payouts

  • You can’t remove past feedback from viewers

📉 What Happens to Insights and Feedback?

  • All views, feedback, and engagement metrics persist after updates

  • New changes won’t reset your data — they simply improve the experience going forward

🛑 Going Offline

If you need to temporarily pause your pitch:

  1. Go to your pitch settings

  2. Set visibility to Offline

  3. Your link will stop working until you re-publish

Updating your live pitch is a normal — and smart — part of iterating your story based on data and feedback. Keep evolving, and Pitchr keeps it seamless.
