💬 How Pitchr Chat Works

Pitchr Chat is your built-in AI assistant. It sits next to your slides and:

  • Responds to viewer questions in real-time

  • Pulls answers from your blurb, voiceover scripts, and FAQs

  • Keeps viewers engaged and informed — without waiting for you


📥 What Powers the Answers?

Pitchr uses:

  1. Your pitch blurb

  2. Each slide’s voiceover script

  3. Uploaded FAQs or documents (coming soon)

The better your inputs, the better the answers.

💡 Think of it as a smart auto-reply layer, not a full customer support agent.


🧠 Adding FAQs and Documents

You can add FAQs manually in the Knowledge Base tab of your pitch editor.

Each FAQ includes:

  • A question

  • A short, clear answer

Soon, you’ll also be able to upload supporting materials (e.g. pitch memos, product one-pagers) for smarter, context-aware replies.


🔍 Viewer Transparency

  • Viewers can see when a response is AI-generated

  • If the AI doesn’t know, it will say so — no hallucinations

  • You can always follow up manually after they’ve engaged
