Pitchr Chat isn’t just a Q&A assistant — it’s a listening tool. Every question asked reveals what your audience cares about, what confuses them, and what might be missing from your pitch.

📍 Where to Find Question Insights

  1. Go to your Pitches tab

  2. Click into your pitch

  3. Open the Insights tab

  4. Select the Questions section

You’ll see:

  • A list of all viewer-submitted questions

  • Whether they were answered by AI or left unanswered

  • Timestamps and session source

  • (Coming soon) Suggested improvements based on question patterns

🤖 How Pitchr Chat Handles Questions

Pitchr Chat pulls answers from:

  • Your blurb

  • Slide voiceover scripts

  • Your FAQs (in the Knowledge Base tab)

  • (Soon) Uploaded support docs

If the answer is confidently matched, it replies instantly. If not, it tells the viewer it doesn’t know — and logs the question for you.

🧠 What These Questions Tell You

Each question is a clue. For example:

  • “What stage are you?” → Maybe clarify your traction earlier

  • “How do you make money?” → Your business model might be buried

  • “Is there a demo?” → Consider adding a product video

🛠 What You Can Do

  • Add unanswered questions to your FAQs

  • Edit slide scripts to proactively answer recurring queries

  • Update your blurb for clarity

  • Add links to product pages or docs

📌 The stronger your pitch content, the smarter Pitchr Chat gets.

Every question asked is a moment of intent. Capture that moment — and use it to sharpen your story.
