Sometimes your audience wants more context — but doesn’t want to send an email. Pitchr Chat is your built-in Q&A assistant, helping viewers get instant answers while they’re engaged.

💬 How Viewers Ask Questions

During the pitch, viewers will see a “Ask a Question” box next to your slides.

They can:

  • Type their question in natural language (e.g. “What’s your current revenue?”)

  • Submit anonymously or logged in (for tracked replies)

  • Ask follow-up questions as needed

🧠 No special formatting required — just normal conversation.

🤖 How Pitchr Answers

Pitchr Chat pulls answers from:

  • Your blurb

  • Your slide scripts

  • Your FAQs (added in the Knowledge Base tab)

  • (Coming soon) Uploaded pitch memos and product docs

If the system has a confident answer, it replies immediately. If not, it will indicate uncertainty — and suggest next steps.

📌 What You See as the Pitch Owner

You’ll be able to:

  • View all questions asked (answered and unanswered)

  • See what your audience is confused or curious about

  • Use that intel to improve your pitch or add new FAQs

All questions are visible in your Insights tab, and unanswered ones can be followed up manually if needed.

🔐 Is It Safe?

Yes — Pitchr Chat is:

  • Read-only (it can’t modify your content)

  • Constrained to your verified pitch data

  • Private — your audience doesn’t see what others ask

Pitchr Chat lets you scale personal attention — giving smart answers on your behalf, while helping you learn what your audience really wants to know.
