Understanding Pitch Views

See who viewed your pitch, when, for how long, and how engaged they were.

Written by Jack Hughes

When someone opens your Pitchr link, you don’t just get a “view count” — you get real data. Pitchr tracks pitch engagement in a way that’s actually useful.

📍 Where to Find View Insights

  1. Go to your Pitches tab

  2. Click into any pitch

  3. Open the Insights tab

  4. Select the Views section

You’ll see a breakdown of:

  • Total views

  • Unique viewers

  • Time spent on pitch

  • Most-viewed slides

🕒 What View Data Includes

For each viewer session (anonymized unless they engage), you’ll see:

  • How long they spent on your deck

  • How far they got (e.g. dropped off after slide 3)

  • What actions they took (e.g. gave feedback, booked a meeting)

  • Geo-location and referrer (if available)

🔍 Viewer names are shown only if they log in, connect a wallet, or leave feedback.

📊 Why It Matters

Understanding pitch views helps you:

  • Spot drop-off points in your narrative

  • Measure the impact of changes over time

  • Validate investor or buyer interest before they even message you

🧠 What Counts as a “Good” View?

  • Over 60 seconds total time

  • 80–100% slide completion

  • Follow-up action (feedback, booking, etc.)

These are signals that someone is genuinely interested — not just clicking and bouncing.

Pitchr gives you the real story behind every view, so you can follow up smarter and refine faster.
